I took my sister to try on some dresses to see which style she liked best so that we could spend some time shopping for the special day. First time walking into a wedding dress shop and not only did she try on a range of dresses but she walked away having secured her dream dress! Amy and her mum are amazing at what they do. It was such a memorable, special and relaxed experience! Nothing was too much trouble, there was no pressure, or selling tactics! In fact we were advised to go away and… think about it! 3rd dress in and we found the one, we continued trying on some more just incase, eventually getting back into the 3rd dress and spending some time adding the little extra touches! Deciding on the tiara was more difficult than deciding on the dress! Thankyou so much to both of you! You made the day better than we could have ever hoped for! what an amazing experience, I was so nervous and dreading it, but from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at ease, very friendly and very patient, extremely helpful, we had such a fun time laughing, I tried loads of dress on, they even know what style suits your shape, it was so comfortable, my mum was made to feel welcome and we both found our dresses, I literally can’t recommend them enough, they are fabulous.

What an amazing experience!! I would highly recommend to go here, staff are very friendly and very helpful and helped me find my dress. Make you feel very relaxed and don’t rush you and give advise you need

I went today very nervous about what to expect. I was greeted with such warmth and felt so at ease. We were a big group of 7 but after a few questions I was able to find the perfect style dress for my body shape and I said yes to the dress! They were amazing and helped find a prom dress and mother of the bride outfits also! Honestly could not recommend enough! Thank you for being just fantastic ❤️

I have had the best time today finding ‘the one’ at bridal revival. Amy & Jayne were absolutely fantastic & knew straight away what style of dress would suit me. I went in with a picture of the kind of dress I wanted & went away with something completely different! we had lots of laughs while we were doing it too! thanks so much for a fantastic morning ladies ❤️

Amy and Sarah were really wonderful when helping me choose my wedding dress. I didn’t have a clue what I wanted and they made me feel at ease taking their time to guide me through different styles and accessories. I’m quite anxious and the thought of choosing a dress was a daunting experience but I actually enjoyed choosing my dress and can’t wait to wear it.

Had the most magical afternoon yesterday choosing not only mine but my mum’s and my daughter’s dress!

100% recommend this boutique! I arranged an appointment with my mum, no plans of actually buying ‘The Dress’ on the day, more of a let’s see what I like style wise. As soon as we walked in – being quite nervous about trying dresses on, I felt so welcome and comfortable. They are so attentive, completely listening to what styles you like, how you feel about your shape and how you want to feel on the day. It wasn’t long until I had found ‘The Dress’, although I did try some more on and they were… all beautiful. I went back to ‘the one’ and they asked if I had considered a veil, when they put it in my hair, I cried, that for me was it…. Came here in 2020 for my dress and I found one unfortunately due to circumstances my wedding got pushed back and when I went to try my dress on it no longer fit me (had a child) so I went without a appointment desperate for help and unfortunately I could have my first dress so the girls helped me find another one and I couldn’t thank them enough. Not only did the girls help me find another dress they made me feel relaxed and took the stress away. I have just collected my beautiful dress and can’t recommend Amy and Jane enough to anyone who is looking for a relaxed, friendly experience when they are looking for their wedding dress. They are both so welcoming and listened to what I was looking for. I changed my mind about my first choice and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and patient and it felt like I had some friends alongside me supporting me to choose what was best for me which is rare and special. At no point did I feel… pressured and we had a very positive experience from the first time we walked in to collecting the dress when they were very happy for me to try ANOTHER dress on I’d seen in the window! Just popped into Bridal Revival – Crewe, Cheshire to find a hair pin piece for my sister and I’ve never felt so welcomed. I know it’s their job however I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in.
I called a couple of bridal shops and they would only see me if I had an appointment (I only wanted a hair piece).

Absolutely couldn’t recommend this shop enough, lovely friendly service – sold my dress within 5 days of taking it in, money was transferred within an hour of it being sold nothing short of amazing

This was my first dress shopping experience and it was wonderful. Amy and Jayne put me at ease straight away and gave me lots of advice about which dresses would suit my body shape. I never felt rushed during my appointment and I got to try on many dresses. The service here is everything a bride to be would want and need. I highly recommend booking in, I can guarantee you will have a wonderful experience.

I came here with my niece last month who wasn’t feeling too confident about finding a suitable wedding dress – after the lovely ladies here worked their magic we found “the one”. We had tears of happiness and an amazing experience. I could t recommend bridal Revival enough. They listened to us and laughed with us and gave my niece her spark back – thank you 😊 👰🏼

I would highly recommend this beautiful shop. After a disaster with a dress I ordered elsewhere these ladies made me feel very special and picked me back up after I thought I would never find anything I loved in time. They found dresses in my size and style and were super helpful sorting someone to make the alterations. They let me take my time and call family as I was alone. They styled me with different accessories and really did make me feel like I was the beautiful bride I wanted to be. I’m so pleased that I booked to visit the lovely ladies at Bridal Rivival for my rushed wedding. Both my mum and I are not keen shopper’s and we’re totally out of our comfort zone but the ladies soon put us at ease. Lots of beautiful dresses for me to try and my mum to try on to. We both said yes to the dress.

Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies. I hate shopping and trying on clothes particularly with people I don’t know but as soon as I stepped through the door my nerves were put to rest and I had a lovely experience, within half an hour I had found the most beautiful dress and I couldn’t be happier 🥰
We had lots of giggles – such a relaxed atmosphere! Fabulous, can not wait to come back for the rest of my little adjustments.

The lady’s here are amazing!! Nothing is to much trouble. Amy and the team made me feel so comfortable and although I walked in with no clue as to what I wanted I left with “the dress”!!

Just taken my wedding dress into the boutique. The staff are lovely and took time to ask about my day and the story of me finding my dress so a year after my wedding day I got to relive all the special moments.
